The basic steps and key points of elevator emergency rescue:

Elevator (machine room, including worm gear, permanent magnet synchronous host) power failure emergency rescue:

(1) Handling the alarm

1. When receiving a call from a trapped person to report for repairs, he initially learned about the trapped person's situation and the floor where the elevator car was parked, and tried to comfort the trapped passengers.

2. Rescue personnel (at least two people) rushed to the scene and took the elevator machine room door key and other door keys that obstruct entry into the machine room and the triangular key for rescue at the designated place.

(2) Determining the position of the car

1. The rescuers opened the hall door on the first floor, and judged which floor the elevator was on based on the position of the counterweight or the car.

2. The rescuers rushed to the elevator machine room and used the intercom to inform the trapped passengers in the car not to panic, the rescuers are rescuing, do not approach the car door, do not panic when the elevator moves, do not force the door, and the door will be opened after the leveling. Rescue.

3. Turn off the main power supply and hang a sign at the power supply unit.

4. Check whether the floor signs on the traction wire rope in the machine room are consistent with the leveling signs. If they are consistent, determine the floor where the elevator stops, and go directly to the designated floor for rescue without cranking; if not, you need to manually go to the leveling area.

(3) Manual turning and leveling

1. One person removes the motor tail shaft cover, installs the rotary handle (cranking handwheel) and holds the cranking handwheel with his hand, and the other person inserts the manual lever into the rectangular hole of the brake mounting plate to open the brake.

2. The two people cooperate. After the brake is opened, the cranking personnel turns the handwheel according to the labor-saving principle to make the elevator car move.

3. Determine whether the elevator has been leveled by judging the level of the sign of the traction wire rope and the leveling sign (pay attention to the floor where the car is located)

4. After the cranking, remove the cranking handle (the cranking handwheel) and put it in the specified position.

5. Confirm the position of the elevator car by looking at the sign of the wire rope. When the rescuers leave the machine room, pay attention to close the door of the machine room and hang the sign.

(4) Open the door to rescue

The rescue personnel went to the floor where the car was located, and after arriving, shouted to the trapped person outside the hall door to confirm that the car had reached the floor, and once again warned the trapped person not to lean against the car door.
